Fact 3: Advertising

The statement were taken Anti-Lampe Berger’s blog from “Comments from LB”
“…MLM was just a industry or can say a sales method use by a company to promote their products, same as other business method!Cause with this method, they can save cost like advertising and so on but give it to the distributor who able to sells the products!...”
There are 2 severe mistakes in this quoted text.
- He/She did not clarify how much will it save on the product cost if they did not advertise!
- He/She did not even bother read his/her DCHL company’s webpage, where DCHL do ADVERTISE!
Under DCHL Malaysia’s – “News and Events” – “Advertisements”
Wow…. There are tons of advertisements solely at
- VMAG – December 2005 Issue (1)
- Ifeel – November 2005 Issue (1)
- VMAG – November 2005 Issue (1)
- New Icon – October & November 2005 Issue (1)
- VMAG – October 2005 Issue (1) (2) (3)
- Home Concepts – September & October Issue (1) (2) (3)
- Sin Chew Jit Poh – June, July & August 2005 (1) (2) (3)
- Health & Beauty – August 2005 Issue (1) (2)
- Business Magazine – No. 49 Issue (1) (2)
- Home Concepts – May & June 2005 Issue (1) (2) (3)
So, did DCHL Malaysia cut their product cost making it cheaper for consumer by NOT advertising? From what I know, they did advertise! So, it’s another false claim from some unethical Lampe Berger Distributor.

hmmm maybe this is a case of misinterpretation?
let me just put forward a possible case. Now of course i don't know what the exact situation you stated is, so i won't presume that i know everything.
is trying their best cutting down the price by NOT advertising
perhaps, the person not being well-versed in english, what this was meant to be is
We're trying to lower YOUR operating cost (the price) by advertising for YOU, thus you wouldn't need to advertise.(not advertising)
i'm just trying to provide another scenario, so hopefully we're not jumping to conclusions. the above scenario was, in fact, part of the pitch, regarding the "no overheads" part.
I've read alot of dissent about SYN, and not being from SYN myself, i'd have to plead ignorance in the matter. Shall remain anonymous for now.

hey...
Nice point there!
Yeah, maybe it is the way that they present their business that brought this misunderstanding. So, maybe next time have to ask them to speak in whatever language they feel more comfortable in expressing themselves.
Anyway, after I looked through the Distributor agreements, under condition 1 and 7. the distributor are not authorized to act on behalf the company, and without any consent from the company, he/she could not display or sell the product.
We're trying to lower YOUR operating cost (the price) by advertising for YOU, thus you wouldn't need to advertise.(not advertising)
So, I think the likelihood for being what you mentioned is very little. Because as the rule said, the distributors are not entitled to act on behalf of the company, thus including advertising yourself.
Anyway, who knows, I'm not speculating anything. And definitely won't be harsh on anyone who brought up a point. So, don’t worry anonymous, I like to see people put in good comment.
Cheers

that would prove my point... that they're nt allowed to advertise. and hence, they wouldn't have to spend money advertising?

anonymous,
I see what you are trying to say. I am happy to accept this explanation.
Next time if I have the chance to meet some MLM start their conversation by similar topic, I will certainly confront them, seeking for the true intention.
(deep inside, I still think that is not what some of them means. Haha~ )
